Jak naprawdę wygląda "pomoc" od pomocy technicznej Rockstar? Na to pytanie mogę Wam odpowiedzieć jedno - idealnie. Kilkakrotnie miałem rożne problemy, a ze dwa razy również pytanie. Za każdym razem pomoc przychodziła naprawdę szybko - dzień, dwa. Kontakt dobry, możliwość kontynuowania wątku, potwierdzenie mailowe, śledzenie na stronie głównej Pomocy Rockstar, itp. Nie wiem oczywiście jak to wygląda w innych krajach, ale w Polsce jestem bardzo zadowolony z pracy supportu. Kilka z moich zgłoszeń jednak było w języku angielskim i wtedy pomagały mi osoby spoza Polski - również na dobrym poziomie. Postanowiłem pochwalić support Rockstar po ostatniej sytuacji jaką miałem kilka dni temu. Otóż po zakończeniu gry w trybie adwersarza Linia Śmierci wróciłem do sesji. No i tam pojawiłem się "goły". Nic z ekwipunku mi nie zostało - amunicja zerowa wszędzie. Poza tym kilka sztuk broni również zniknęło. Za uzupełnienie zapłaciłem ponad 172.000, zrobiłem screena. Po tym
